Colors of products may appear different due to the color calibration of an individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to lighting used.

As we try to make sure all product details and prices listed on our Platforms are correct, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover any error in the price of any of the Items listed on any REBAC platform that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we will put the Order On Hold.

Market conditions and competitive pressures may cause prices and availability to change without further notice.

1. The prices stated are FINAL.
2. For an order to be processed, the Customer must pay a 50% deposit of the Order Total. The remainder will be paid upon collection. Should the Customer opt for delivery, the Customer must clear their balance before the order is dispatched as the rider is in no way affiliated with REBAC.

All returns and exchanges due to sizing/quality are subject to a 3-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Items delivered did not look like the picture.
2. Items purchased within the Sale section are not returnable. Sale of these are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
3. Items must be in original condition: unwashed with the original packaging and tags.
4. For hygienic purposes, earrings, innerwears and socks are non-returnable.
5. Items must be returned within 3 days from the date the item is received.
6. Delivery costs associated with the return (and exchange) of the product will not be covered by REBAC.
7. All other returns will be refunded in store credit. REBAC will process the compensation only when the return meets all of the above conditions.

Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by REBAC’s return and exchange policy above.

Items not claimed or collected within 2 weeks with no valid reason will be put up for re-sale and the deposit is non-refundable. 

Customers can request for an extension of the period up to 4 weeks. After that period, any unclaimed item will be put up for re-sale and the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Store credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded.

Each coupon is valid for a limited time and will expire on the specified date and time. As coupons are limited, any order placed without payment during the coupon validity period will be automatically canceled, with no extensions provided.

When redeeming a coupon, REBAC points will only be awarded for the amount paid after deducting the voucher discount. For example, if your total bill is KES 3,250 and you use a 50% OFF voucher, you will pay KES 1,625, and points will be awarded based on that amount.

REBAC reserves the right to modify coupon validity dates or decline coupon usage to safeguard company interests or in cases of misuse.

REBAC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of our platforms after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
