Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority, but we understand that sometimes an outfit may not fit as expected. Thatās why we offer the option to exchange an item or size. Alternatively, you can return it for store credit, valid for one month.
Please note that our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, after this period, weāre unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unwashed with the original packaging and tags.
- Items purchased within the Sale section are not returnable. Sale of these are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- For hygienic purposes, earrings, innerwears and socks areĀ non-returnable.
- ItemsĀ must beĀ returned withinĀ 3 daysĀ from the date the item is received.
Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by REBACās return and exchange policy above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, on the same day.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or do not fit based on our sizing recommendations.
For example, if our agent suggests UK8 and it doesnāt fit, you will qualify for an exchange. However, if the Customer opts for a size different from our agentās recommendation, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for covering the delivery costs when returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the return delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
