The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the REBAC Instagram and/or REBAC Facebook posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed. 

REBAC reserves the right to cancel an entry, with no further obligations to you, when it observes a fraudulent use, or misuse during the competition. The types of fraudulent practices include but are not limited to:

1. The use of multiple fake accounts. REBAC considers an account to be a fake when it is not linked to an authentic identity.
2. Vote buying.

The winner will be chosen as per the contest rules from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and/or Facebook via our official REBAC account within two days after the closing date of the Giveaway.

If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, REBAC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

REBAC’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

The prize shall be a REBAC product as indicated on the Instagram and/or Facebook post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Each participant agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, REBAC may use the participant’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting on the REBAC website, Instagram and/or REBAC Facebook post, Instagram and/or Facebook stories.
